I love the game, but if I fear that I am going to get banned from the game I love, I will have to stop playing it. Sorry Mojang.

I agree, it should be like this. If you were on your own server/realm with your friends the chat should be a option to filter the chat on YOUR world since it is not like harming a random person on the Hive by saying the f word, and you may even hack on your realm/server as a joke.

+ When moderation was announced for Java, the version I play on, it made me pissed that Microsoft wants to make Minecraft more "Kid Friendly" when server owners have been having no problem hiring admins to deal with people that break the rules on the server they work on for years on Java. I would not be able to imagen 2b2t with the moderation system cause you know what type of server it is.

Almost every server owner I seen on the Minecraft Feedback website that had commented on a comment like this don't want Microsoft to moderate there servers.

I am fine with you coping and pasting this comment and putting it somewhere else

This should not be an issue in the first place because this request is so reasonable the current system is unfair and invalidates anarchy servers. Look Microsoft I love what you gotten done with Minecraft but relax with the moderation it’s getting out of hand. It’s an unreasonable and uncompromising system even on Java you can’t type words in private words because they contain words that are banned.

I didn't get banned from Mojang from the servers but I say that they need to do a little changes like name color to close to banned online on servers

In the popup that says you are banned it should show the message and the reason so you know why you are banned

It's a shame Mojang is bringing Minecraft this way. Sure, you might reason that playing on public servers and doing something wrong is terrible and you should get banned. But banned from playing on a single-player world? Horrific. We paid 26 USD to get banned from playing the game, without even getting a reason. The most concerning parts are the lack of an appeal process and the acknowledgment from Microsoft that the moderator team is gonna be anonymous. For all we know, they can ban whoever then so choose just to squeeze away the most amount of money away from innocent players. This might be enough evidence to start a lawsuit against Microsoft on the basis that they are trying to anonymously steal money from players, blaming the player for doing something wrong. I myself am scared to play on Minecraft Bedrock edition because I admit, I rage a lot, so the knowledge that I can be banned for putting my rage out on chat is really concerning, as I know some people with certain types of autism online than tend to rage a lot in-game. Anyways, the system is flawed on multiple levels and since Microsoft is pushing players toward buying a new account is concerning, the fact that they aren't banning players for doing something wrongfully is completely dismissing the point. Anyways, I have a lot more to address but since I'm running out of characters (1384/1500 as of here), I'm gonna pull off and hope that Jen and the rest of the team actually shut Microsoft down and do as they have. //

they should just remove it completely. players have been unfairly banned for no reason permanantley. this  takes the freedom that we used to have on minecraft, make your own rules, make your own word how YOU want it, not to mention the amount of things that can be taken out of context is unmeasurable, so many false bans and now they cant play the game we all know and love.

I agree, I just got a 7 day ban for a chat that I didn't send, so I can no longer play on my realm, and they are denying my appeal.

Permanent bans shouldn't even be a thing. There should only be temporary bans.

The punishments are too harsh for players please remove this chat banned feature because it's not fair to players get banned for putting something normal in the chat it's not cool to a player banned someone for saying something normal like "gg" and what I'm trying to say is please fix this because Minecraft is dying and we don't want this to happen never because this game is fun but with this feature here thing are just going downhill so please fix this

I haven't experienced any of these bans but everyone all over YouTube is complaining about it! I am quite sure that Mojang is not after this, but who else than Microsoft - cringe - come on just let Mojang run Minecraft in its own way, don't interfere. And don't make Mojang employees send any tweet about anything egoist you are trying to do. There is not a single platform out there that has this system of bans - like literary it is so stupid - bruh. Get an example of YouTube - if you get 3 strikes your channel is deleted and you cannot access YouTube with that account again. Like, I mean, all what your doing is making players change platforms. No one would like play on Bedrock than.

This is so awesome Microsoft - Continue like that.

Imagine them banning me for sharing my feedback - like bruh.

Anyway guys fix this - come on ;)

It's good that Minecraft is cracking down on inappropriate players trying to ruin the fun for kids that want to hang out with other Minecraft players and do what the youtubers do on Minecraft and the bans WORK. There are false bans so if somebody says one word that means something else but sounds like a bad word, GONE. Forever. Not very fair, bans should be given out like how they are, an email sent out saying something like "You have been banned from our game for saying an inappropriate phrase for children, in case this is a false ban our staff members will review this shortly" and if the staff sees it is an unfair ban and it was two friends joking around instead of an actual insult or maybe they were banned for a bad word but that word meant something else, the ban should be reversed and they go about their day playing Minecraft, now it's easy to avoid these bans by acting kind and appropriate but it's probably quite often two friends are joking around and the filter sees it as they are insulting each other. In short, I disagree with most parts of this idea, we should have permanent bans because not everybody is a kid playing these games. The nice kid you met playing Bedwars on Lifeboat Network is possibly a 30 year old pretending to be a kid playing Bedwars with you. These people should get banned, stay banned because if not they'll keep coming back and Minecraft, the most kid friendly game will turn to a MA rated game. That won't be good for anyone. -Mandalorian2180

i do agree that if you do something worthy of a ban on a public server, you should be banned from the server where you committed the offense. Id even push it to say being banned from joining public serves as a whole is okay because who's to say that person wont do the same offense in a different server. However, not being able to play with friends on personal worlds is not cool and frankly is harsh. I do believe Minecraft is more enjoyable when playing with friends and banning the ability to play with friends on LAN worlds or hosting/joining multiplayer worlds is not okay. It should just be bans from public servers not the game as a whole

Players should not have full account bans from being reported, no matter if it is Java or Bedrock.

There should be an option for unreportable skins on servers. That means while playing on the server, skins cannot be reported at all.

Banning a player who has purchased the game from accessing the single-player game is clearly a serious contractual breach and entitles the player to a refund. Even if the vendor had hidden the ban in the form contract it would still be ineffective as being unfair.
