This would be a new end biome that has a maroon-ish kind of grass a similar color to the trees which would be shaped like dark oak trees they would have purple leaves and mostly only maroon colored end stars there would be enderoons a new mob grazing about they would not be hostile towards the player they would be towards endermen and shulkers however they would stay in groups and they could be walked on like a solid block if you put Down an anchor while riding a new block crafted with a chain and anvil and a iron ingot to get this anchor an that would allow you to control it you could then feed it 2 stacks of ender pearls to it it would be tamed a tamed endaroon would allow you to ride they could go extremely fast almost the speed of boats on ice slightly less and it won’t fall into the void instead it will cross the void however this would be as slow as riding the slowest horse and back to the maroon wood it would be just like regular wood but red not the crimsony purple of the crimson wood straight up red and it could also be crafted with a diamond pickaxe to make a maroon pickaxe which would not do to much but have netherite durability and leave a maroon colored trail behind you that would emit light not a block though a particle trail mostly for cosmetics. And the final thing is with the maroon leaves if you break them with shears you have a chance to get maroon berries which would effect you with jump boost 2 for about a minute. This would bring some variety in the end
