the dimension of the snow can go with a portal of a stone with the name of: frozen block, there is a new mob called: freezer. Also with the biome: frozen dungeons, also with iron ore and quartz, the freezers give you a freezing effect that appears as if you were freezing, the effect lasts 1 minute and takes one heart each 15 seconds, it would also be said that the iceologer would be in the dungeons of the new dimension, I hope you like my opinion and give it many votes :)
