Echo pad

I've noted the Sculk Sensor and the properties of it, and discovered the range seems rather impractical for long range redstone, so to combat this I'd like to introduce the Echo Pad, this device with the main component being a blaze rod makes a hum similar to that of a singing bowl for a few seconds when powered, this triggers all sculk sensors unobstructed in a controllable range, the stronger signal the louder the hum and the farther the sound reaches.

  i think this is a good idea but in stead of an blaze rod it could be something made of copper to fit with 1.17
