Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Negative beacon

  • It's awesome for defending your base from intruders just type in the name of the player(s) and they will receive negative effects from it such as mining fatigue or nausea.

  • Unfortunately this does not make your base in impenetrable, because it does not produce effects that kill a player.
  • You can make it by using a nether star, magma blocks, and glow stone(similar to the positive beacon which uses a nether star, obsidian, and glass).

  • Note: A player who did not create the block can not decide who gets the negative effects.
