Behaviour packs still allow achievements

Look, just too kick this off, I understand that some behaviour packs allow cobble to drop diamonds and broken stuff in that vein. I am simply asking for the packs to still allow achievements. As an example, I want to use a more mob heads and a customisable armour stand packs. Is this too much to ask, of all I want to do is have an armored stand diorama with piglin heads lining the room in survival?
