Make buckets pick up powder snow as a block instead of a bucket

The current way to pick up powder snow is bad. It takes up a full inventory slot and a lot of iron to move it from place to place, which is not a very good way to do things. I suggest that whenever you use a bucket on powder snow, it should pick up the block as an independent block item, instead of putting it in a bucket. With this, you could stack powder snow up to 64 without needing to use hundreds of iron ingots to achieve it. When you place powder snow back down, you would have to scoop it up again with the bucket, but this time without all of the wasted inventory space.
