Be able to save .MCA files in Custom Dimensions

Custom Dimensions are really good for Map makers and Commanders, but they still have some issues that if fixed/added, would make them even better.

And the issue I would like to fix is the possibility of modifying Region files (.MCA files) in Custom Dimensions, which could even save an inlimited amount Single Player Worlds in a single world.
