I suggest that if you are in the air and a stalactite falls on you, instead of it going through you it should cancel your upward moment and send you downwards. Technically could jump away from a falling stalactite without taking any damage even if you touch it so adding this could more easily hit players. This could also be applied to anvils. The ability for stalactites to "spike"(in smash bros terms) could also be used as a trap to catch players jumping between gaps in multiplayer or maps.
