Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Sapphire ore

a new ore that's rarer then emeralds, with new tools that are just better then netherite tools.

    Maybe there could be Sapphire armor, that when wearing a full suit, it gives you water breathing.

    Maybe they could add Prismarine Ruins and make Sapphire Ore a variation of Prismarine.

    I really don't think we should have another armor set literally after the Nether Update making that armor set basically useless because now it's "Stronger" than the old one. It just ruins the game pointlessly if we toped each update with another better armor set that is stronger than the next. It took 10 years to add another armor set stronger than diamonds so we should wait a while to make another armor set/tool set.

    um SpringyToast735, yes it would be pointless to add "Stronger" armor and tools right after 1.16, but it would take a long time to have this be voted and added.

    With the new caves and cliffs, I think it should be a little rarer than netherite.

    okay, not sure why there are only 13 votes cause I love this idea but maybe not rarer than netherite, but rarer than redstone, and could be stronger than iron. It's not OP, but it is strong and would look really good in my mind. maybe the gold ore texture combined with the redstone ore texture but blue for it's ore texture? IDK I just think it would be really interesting to see sapphire in the game, especially if there are more crafting recipes other than armor/tools like copper or iron. However, do you know what would TRULY be interesting? obsidian armor, emerald armor, and copper armor! Now that would be a cool update!!! (FYI: they would be the strength you think they would be, but not stronger than netherite or diamonds or all that OP stuff). Ooh Ooh! And maybe yellow variants rarer than blue variants, I mean variants for ores...C O O L!!!

    Yeah I agree that it should probably only be stronger than iron, because you have to go to the nether and all that for netherite, as well as getting the netherite upgrade trim, making it hard to get, and so adding another ore that can be found in the overworld and making it stronger would make it not worth it to go looking for netherite, and make it pointless. But yeah good idea!
