Thundermaster

A nasty thunder-manipulating mob that appears very rarely when the weather is Thunderstorm.
This mob will thunder and attack if there is a player in 8 blocks from itself, and will turn creepers, villagers, and pigs into charged creepers, witches, and zombie piglins, respectively.
And they may actively try to hit the lightning rod.
When killed, it drops copper or lightning rods, and rarely channeling enchantment books.
If you use this mob well, you will be able to efficiently collect creeper heads.
However, unless you give it a name, it will despawn when the weather changes to something other than Thunderstorm.
A lightning rod may be essential to protect yourself from this mob.

  Overall I think it is a good idea, but I am not sure about it trying to attack pigs, villager, and creepers. The mob would have strategy to beat it because if you place a lightning rod on the ground it would attract its lightning and not let the lightning hit you. So I will vote for this idea.

  A really good idea!
  With this mob, you'll be the only Minecraft mob to control lightning!
