Scrying Enchantment (Spyglass) and Scrying Blocks

I envision a new treasure enchant called Scrying.

When applied to a spyglass, gazing through said spyglass will allow the player to see through the nearest loaded Scrying Block (placeholder name). It would be a directional block, allowing only a fixed field of view.

Scrying Blocks would be crafted by surrounding an Eye of Ender with 8 amethysts.

The player would have no means of discerning a Scrying Block's exact location, they would have to depend on visual clues.

Applying a redstone current to a Scrying Block would render it nonfunctional, so that players may feel some sense of security leaving Scrying Blocks in their homes.

Scrying Blocks might possibly be concealable through paintings.

  They are not all accounted for, the lost seeing stones. We do not know who else may be watching.
