Admin’s capabilities

The new minecraft news was just announced there were a lot of controverisies on it and i personally think it would be a great idea on admins have capabilities on choosing what they want for their servers. As mojang announced that a player’s action can lead them to be banned. And i think its not bad at all, but the admin could choose doing these action could get the players banned. What I mean is the admin will be given a choice stating whether they want the players to be banned doing such actions or not. I don’t mean everytime a player does something bad, just once and when answered yes a player will automatically get banned when did such action and when they chosed nothe player will not get banned doing such actions. The reason I think this should be implemented to the game because anarchy servers does exist, and doing such actions does prohibit the rules on the server.
