Curse/Enchantment Feature

This would be either a curse or a feature that would make an enchant weaker over time or disappear altogether. This can also solve a major issue, getting max enchants really quickly and easily. This makes the game more challenging and playable over a longer period of time. Name it what you want, but I'd call it the Curse of Disappearance or the Fading Curse, Curse of Fading, etc.
