Axolotls should be neutral

If an axolotl is hit, then it will attack the player and any nearby axolotls will also attack the player. This would be a good way to discourage the player from hitting them since it seems they want to add them to raise awareness.

  Not dropping any item nor xp are already a way of discouraging the players

  They are already going to be neutral mobs (I think).
