Chestplate with Elytra

This is something that everyone wants, a chestplate and an elytra combined. I thought of a way to do this, like how you turn diamond armor into netherite armor, you use a smithing table. elytra first or second, with only a netherite chestplate. you HAVE to use a netherite chestplate to combine with, to prevent everyone from having this rare thing. There's my idea. Thanks for reading!

  I think this would be too powerful as we already have several late game items and tools.

  Wearing the elytra is a trade-off between protection and flight and you can quickly swap between the two when in combat situations at the cost of one inventory slot.

  TLDR: this would be too powerful and messes with the balance

  Each armor should be able to combine, because if someone does, agrees to combine eleytra with not the best armor.

  I totally agree! This would make more players hunt for netherite
