New Merchant - Reforger

Well, I'd like to see new merchant called "Reforger" which could reforge our items giving some boosts, for example reforge "Mythic" would give +10% attack speed and maybe +5% crit chance. Reforges would be totally different and every reforge will have unique name with unique boosts. I'd like to see like 30 types of reforges. which we could use on melee, raged weapons, armor and artifacts.. It would give us many combinations and in many dungeon type games we have reforges so I think that would be cool.
