Powder snow should make more damage and more quick!

Powder snow is pretty easy to leave, and I don't think the people will go exploring to the mountains with leather boots, since they can just use a shovel to mine it and leave. My idea is to make the damage of the powder snow bigger, and the damage time shorter.
