Projectile Protection should work against Stalactites/Stalagmites.

Considering their shape is piercing, like arrows, I think Projectile Protection should be able to shield you from lots of damage from:
Falling onto a Stalagmite or
A Stalactite falling onto you.
This ensures that Projectile Protection has somewhat of a unique purpose, since I feel like it's one of the more forgotten enchantments in Minecraft!

  Projectile protection should work against stalagtites, and feather falling should work against stalagmites.

  gas powered pick I don't see why you shouldn't be able to have both work against stalagmites!

  Jareth The Rad Because for stalagmites, the player is falling onto the object, while with stalactites the object is falling onto the player. Enchantments are a magic system, you can throw as many rules onto them as you want. Since Stalactite tips and stalagmite tips are different block states, this would be doable.
