Minecraft and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Accessibility

I suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder, also known by its abbreviation OCD, and I count footsteps.  The native Minecraft Bedrock for the Nintendo Switch audio is too low and I can not count the footsteps without using headphones or earphones.

    The new update introduces a sound adjuster, in the betas you can turn up or down the volumes of individual sounds.
