Pandas automatically break and plant bamboos

Pandas contribute to ecology by re-planting bamboos. I think it would be cool if pandas could break 10 block long bamboos randomly.

The panda will have 30% chance to replant an individual bamboo on a grass block and 50% chance to eat it, or it won't interact with item at all if its not hungry or there is no grass.

This could make pandas more useful in making farms and teach how they balance nature.

    They could just break one block of bamboo above the lowest one, so the bamboo can regrow.

    Also, if the bamboo is sheared, it will regrow only up to that point (or maybe shearing would prevent pandas from breaking it).
