Goatsfeet

Add the goats foot item to create a pogo stick, as goats can jump. With this pogo stick you can jump high like a handheld slime block to see above the trees.

  A pogo stick doesn't seem very Minecrafty. If they were added, I would have them be a potion ingredient for a Potion of Leaping
