arrow hook

when fired, it would propel the player to that specific point where the arrow landed, dealing some damage It would allow better mobility in some caves or in the nether

    It sounds a lot like the ender pearl. Remove the damage, make it so that you can cling to walls, and set a maximum length to, say, 20m.
