bedrock block overhaul

i noticed on alot of anarchy servers and servers in general, grieving and base raiding is just way too easy. i had an idea, of making the top layer of bedrock obtainable, possibly by dropping lets say a netherite anvil from very high up, and it would damage the anvil each time and break one top bedrock block, which could only be broken with netherite anvils. it would act as a insolating to builds, and a great way to guide the players raiding a base through traps. it could also be used to trap players in a box till they starve to death. i really think this would change anarchy servers from hiding bases to fortifying bases. id love to see this added in the game.
