Archeology Item: Ancient Dog Whistle

Within an Archeology Dig Site, the player may discover a Paleolithic Flute used as a dog whistle. This ancient flute can be used by the player to better control their tamed wolf. When the player is within 12 blocks and plays the flute, the tamed wolf stops whatever it is doing and returns to the player. The tamed wolf would should return to the player even if it is in the middle of attacking other mobs or was previously sitting when the flute began to play.
