Redstone Skulk revamp

I feel that the new skulk sensor block should not emit a redstone signal in its current form, but rather work as just an alert to other skulks or wardens, instead there should be a new block with the standard cobble and wood look in redstone specifically acting as a skulk does, except only with others of these sensors

  I think part of the purpose of adding Sculks was their organic look
