The Clicker, a new block

The Clicker, a new redstone block. I got this idea from my other post, minecart with block. this is activated by having a redstone level 1-15 running into it or on the top of it. The Clicker has a unique ability, the ability to place blocks, break blocks, and destroy blocks. this can be used along with my minecart with block idea to create a tunnel bore. The Clicker is crafted with redstone dust in the corner, iron in the middles of each side, and a redstone block in the middle. The Clicker has an interface with one slot, in that slot you can put rails for example, and every time it has a redstone output of 1-15 touching it, it will place a rail wherever the side with the hole is pointing. if you put a pickaxe in The Clicker, it will break blocks. that way you'll get it back. the pickaxe level effects what you can mine. a stone pickaxe can't mine redstone ore. the drill bit, crafted by a diamond pickaxe in the middle, and then iron placed like you are making a hopper. the drill bit is faster than a picaxe, but you do not get blocks back. nou can you see how you can make a tunnel bore?     That is what the pickaxe is for. The drill bit is faster, but you do not get blocks back. However, if you use a pickaxe it will be slightly slower but will drop the blocks it mines.

    Why not just use the Dispenser for this? It's already got a lot of right-click-ish actions like filling bottles with water or honey, shearing sheep, and even placing liquids. Instead of adding a whole new block, I think the dispenser could just be given the ability to place any block.

    SuperGeniusZeb if they wanted to make the dispenser do everything why would they include the dropper?
