Frozen Stone (also Frozen Cobblestone)

Frozen Caves have been suggest already so I'm not going to dwell much on that. My suggestion is a new block called Frozen Stone. It could generate instead of Regular stone in a new type of cave (Implying something here). When broken without silk touch it would give Frozen Cobblestone. The only difference between the frozen variants and the regular variants are the Slabs and Stairs from these new types of stone other than that they are almost identical(Other than looks of course.) Similar to Blackstone in the nether you can use it to craft tools. Another use would be for Frozen bricks and things of that nature.

  This would be a good feature that combines the caves and cliff aspects of the update.

  I think it'd be pretty cool if the frozen stone was actually slippery, that way we could use slippery slabs and stairs in parkour courses.
