soul sand and magma fisics udate

soul sand makes things rise in the water and magma lowers it but only on the upper 
face of the block
but....
If they could make the soul sand move away (so to speak) the players and items 
but now by all the faces up, down, left, right, back, and front.
it's just an idea that I have for maps and mechanisms (oh and that the
 soul soil also works as the soul arena and 
add a label that says NEW !! in the new items and blocks :)
