Frozen Skeletons should convert to Strays
As we already have the conversion idea in zombies converting to drowned when drowning, I'd enjoy some love to be given to the quite forgotten stray!
Seeing as powdered snow will be able to freeze mobs to death, why not make this perfect connection!
