Generate Warped forests on Soul soil

Warped forests should generate on Soul Soil.
Foliage of both forests links to the plants being overgrown netherwart. Since Netherwart grows on Soul Sand and Crimson forests on Netherrack, the Warped forests could be the link between the two, growing on Soul Soil.

Keep the warped forest's ability to spread to Netherrack. And keep the endermen. But make it so the biome spreads out of the material that is tied to soul plains and soul fire. Having all the Piglin repellents in the same theme.

Another use for this would be for builders as the contrast of the blue of the warped forest against the dark colour of Soul Soil would be more interesting than the jarring blue on red that the warped nylium has and allow it to blend in with the soul fire items better.
