Faster rails with Amethyst Shards

Enchanted rails and enchanted power rails. Enchanted rails are crafted just like rails but with the amethyst shard in the top center slot. These enchanted rails are double efficient as normal rails. Meaning it takes twice as long for a minecart to lose momentum when traveling on enchanted rails. Enchanted powered rails are crafted just like powered rails but with an amethyst shard in the top center slot. These enchanted powered rails boost minecarts to twice the speed of powered rails. By buffing rail speed with a high cost item such as the amethyst shard this helps tighten the gap between elytra and every other mode of transportation for late game players This would be especially helpful underground or in the nether where large swaths of land have to be crossed.

  This would also greatly help with transversing the Ocean Biomes now that rails can go under water
