Mending easier on MCPE and Bedrock ED. Trading With Librarians

Hello, 

I am doing this feedback because of the recent times I have been playing Minecraft.

In my world, I found 5 monster spawners within 150 blocks of spawn and I use them A LOT to gain XP and loot, but my tools don't have Mending. I have tried for a week to get a mending book from my Librarian villager and they don't want to give it to me. I hope that Mojang can increase the chance of getting it in 1.16.6 or 1.16.7. Also, Zombies and Skeletons should have an XP boost or an increase of XP, because it takes forever to get to higher levels to enchant items.

The other thing that needs to happen is being able to have a weapon or tool that has Mending in the off-hand. This will help MCPE players to use the Mending enchantment easier. One suggestion I give to make this is if the player crouches the exp will go to the tool that is in the off-hand. Bedrock Edition is missing out on lots of things due to the lack of space unlike the predecessor, Java Edition, which is only on a CPU. Off-hand tools I think can and will be a very appreciated update to Bedrock Edition.

Mojang, Please consider this idea to the Minecraft team. I know 1.17 and the snapshots are the main focus as of now.

    This is really well thought out! I really like how you have suggested the crouching because his might also work for pocket edition players. I imagine that is why they have left it out for bedrock edition so far.

    All I dream about is my idea or some of it is adapted to the game. Thanks for the compliment, I really want the Mojang team to see this.

    I liked this idea but getting mending to be more easy will ruin the game (that’s my opinion). In minecraft, I would want my world to be a challenge, I would work hours after hours to try to get what I want. And mending is one of them, if you make it easier then I think it ruins the experience of working really hard for it.
