[Bedrock] Add a minecart with a furnace from Java version

A minecart with a furnace is needed to build mines, because it is much cheaper than creating electric rails. You also need the ability to couple minecarts to a train, this will be very convenient for maps from the metro and creating trains

    We also should have so it is faster than it curently is, so minecart are viable again.

    we should also have the ability to smelt items but have no XP like somebody had mentioned in a previous post and also to connect mine carts with chains

    maybe if minecart furnace acted as a portable furnace? that could be cool I think.

    I voted for this simply because I would like to have a train at a train station that I plan on building in a new world. My son likes trains and currently there’s no way for me to create one.
