Pillagers in the Mountains and Goat Horn Use (idea)

Currently in game, we can hear the pillagers use a battle horn when invading a village. I think a neat feature would be allowing the Pillager Outposts to spawn in the Mountain biome because it would relate to them hunting the goats for their horns (Maybe even have them be hostile towards goats). The pillagers could also have a small chance to drop a horn or have it drop an item that use a goat horn in the crafting recipe. This horn item could be used to call hostile mobs toward you or activate shulk sensors from farther away (only player activated horn sound will send signal to shulk sensors).   I love the idea of goat horns setting off sculk sensors. Paired with goat horns being able to be used by dispensers, you could have longer range wireless redstone that could add fear to setting off traps
