Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Bamboo blocks

Add bamboo blocks, steps, half blocks, fences, gates, doors, stairs, torches, frames, beehives, signs. This would expand the possibilities of bamboo and add a bunch of beautiful blocks!

    As a builder this would give a great more variety for Japanese builds, bridges etc. i think you would need more bamboo to make certain thigs since its a very easy material once you get your hands on it. This would create many possibilities for other builds as well. say when you make a wall out of bamboo it would make it look like some points are higher or lower. This will create a lot of creativity!!!

    a bamboo block would also be great for smelting - bamboo by itself is decent for smelting but you need to hook it directly up to a farm (or mass storage) to be efficient - a compressed bamboo kind of block that smelts the same as coal would be great

    Great idea! I'd also love if there could be Dried Bamboo Blocks to add that could be used for a Jungle Village
