Boat floats on snowier snow when player is riding wearing leather boots.

I think that a boat should stay on top of snowier snow when the player has leather boots on and riding the boat. I think that it would be cool to get off of your boat at the end of an ice highway and it just sinks into the ground so that you do not need to worry about cleaning up after yourself. More creative players might have other uses and I think that it would be a nice feature to add to the block.

  There's like three ideas very similar to this.
