Make the amethyst geode blocks have a "glitter" animation

This is very simple. Add a sparkle/glittery animation to the amethyst geode blocks perhaps make it glow in the dark the (glittring effect) this would add to building ex. Adding a chandelier to the ceiling of your base. It would also add more life to caves.
