Stalagmite and stalagtite 3D

Makes the stalagmite and stalagtite 3D models 
a small half slab base with a pole similar to single walls
or Singles walls with jagged pieces on the side and some kind of base

maybe add a a feature where more than one can be on a block (like candles, Sea pickles and turtle eggs)

    I like them being able to have multiple on a block but I'm not sure how it would work with their other mechanics.
