Wrench that disables objects

I think there should be some way to disable objects like the skulk sensor in Minecraft. 

With the new addition of copper and its blocks industrial theme, I think it would be a good and balanced idea to add wrenches into the game.

wrenches would disable any block related to Redstone. If you right-click any Redstone item with a wrench it would turn purely decorative. It would act as if it were a regular decoration block and have no Redstone use.

I could also see how this feature would benefit mapmaking. For Example, the mapmakers could disable skulk sensors used decoratively to eliminate the sound of the skulk sensor when it hears a vibration.

    This could work well for trapdoors and the like being used decoratively as well, so that they have a static state that cannot be toggled.
