We can get lava and snow in cauldrons, so we should get honey in cauldrons as well. Putting a cauldron under a dripping bee nest/hive will slowly fill it with honey. Honey cauldrons have 4 levels (not counting empty), and they can be used to cure poison (1 level), fill bottles with honey (1 level), and fill buckets with honey (4 levels). Buckets can now place and pick up honey blocks, and they can also do this in dispensers.
This has a wide range of uses. First, this would make honey less tedious to farm. Second, a 4 level cauldron can be useful in certain redstone contraptions. Lastly, being able to pick up and place honey blocks, which are sticky, could be an interesting mechanic for redstone contraptions.
