Discs 13 and 11 should be exclusive to archeological dig sites

Archeological dig sites are meant to be features to give players the ability to explore the past of their world, and what better way to keep that concept by adding the 2 discs we still don’t have a proper answer for and are surrounded in mystery to the pool of artifacts that tell a story?
