Replace Milk Bucket With Amethyst Goblet for Status Cleansing

The ancient Greek root word for amethyst is a reference to the belief that it warded off intoxication, with wine goblets being carved to prevent the drinker from getting drunk.

So upon reading this I thought of a way to repurpose this superstition to a use for the new Amethyst Crystals by crafting them into a nifty crystal goblet. It can be filled with water in the same way as a glass bottle and when drunk it will cleanse status effects. 

While milk buckets have done the job for a long time now, the ability to cleanse all status effects instantly needs to be rebalanced. It feels more like a dev item rather than an intended feature of milk. If anything, just make milk act like honey but remove burning as a reference to milk often being used to wash away the taste of spicy food in reality.

It’d also be neat if you could splash water from the goblet to douse things in front of you and remove status effects from other players/mobs.
