Powder Snow should not freeze snow golems, strays, polar bears and foxes

Currently powder snow freezes all of these mobs, they should be immune to its effects and also the damage.

  Strays should also do freeze damage for a few seconds instead of causing slowness.

  it should be the arctic fox variant instead of the regular fox

  This makes sense . i think the snow golem should receive an upgrade when it touches powder snow

  Upgrading Snow Golem is so good. How about its snowballs now cause damage or apply a freezing/slow effect if it is on or in the Powdered Snow.

  Not should he freeze winter villagers (they have hats) and iron golems.
