1.17 caves and cliffs mountain sub biome idea-gusted glaciers

The gusted glaicers is a biome idea of a plateau biome in the mountains. It has pockets of ice all over the surface and is covered in snow. The main feature of this biome is the weather. Every once in a while you will see a wind particles. However, when it's snows/rains in other biomes, it gusts here. When it is gusting you see a lot more wind particles and they all go the same direction. Moving into the gusts will slow you down and maybe inflict the chilled affect. Wearing a shield will make the gusts even more powerful. Standing on top of ice will allow the gusts to push you as well. Of course there would be a mob that would weaponize a more powerful version of the gusts, like a guster or something.

  I forgot to add, there would probably a way to counter it, like a cloak or shawl dropped by the guster, and maybe a way to bottle the gusts.
