Goat horn teleports tamed horse

Taking inspiration from zelda breath of the wild’s horse whistleing mechanic, I think goat horns should teleport the a horse tamed by the player when you blow it.

Other tamed mobs like dogs and cats have teleport mechanics, so it would be useful if horses did as well.

Some ideas for how to go about it from the top of my head:

1. Teleport the player’s closest tamed horse

2. Right click on a horse with a goat horn to couple that specific horse with that specific horn, and then use that coupled horn to always teleport that specific horse (this one could work with any mob in fact, could be a useful way to make mob transport easier).

3. When a horn is named in an anvil, any horse tamed by the player with that same name (using a nametag) will be teleported.
