Controllable worlds, biome, and terranne generation.

Is there a way to have a community generated website that they can post behavior packs and such so we can use a sd card and download them. As of right night not to sound rude but I'm on the switch edition and want to play so modded and vanilla minecraft when I go out. Maybe like put a sd in the computer download mod then put sd card in switch then have minecraft read the info and be able to play mods with the sd card in or download it to the switch. Because bit makes me sad that I can't really use behavior packs on switch and play mods other people use like rl craft.
