Gizers and hotsprings

These springs would spawn in mountains. and standing in one would heal your harts even in hardcore! Gizers would spawn next to the spring and touching a gizer would hurt you!

  There's a typo in the title, it should be spelled geyser not gizer. Great idea btw.
