possibly, unless its counter intuitive, you could make more y value chunk borders than just one, allowing for more customizability in the biome area, and possibly a faster loading overall. Also, I really want to be able to make a translucent base so high up that no one could ever find it unless they were told where to look.

First of all I'd like to say that I am impressed with the idea of infinite height (or as wide as the Minecraft borders are at least), but I'd like to point out an issue that may occur with some builds.

I have a world that involves a lot of cloning for a machine, and I use the /forceload command to make it so I can clone those blocks anywhere. I've had to redo it a couple of times as the things I am cloning are huge, but my most recent design involves me keeping sections of the things I want to clone within chunks, so that I can use the entire area from the bottom to the top, while it is still one chunk. While I like the idea of having y split into chunks, doing this would make it so my machine no longer works.

A (hopefully) easy solution could just be to increase the number of chunks that can be forceloaded. This could make it so the current chunks can still be forceloaded
