Strays since conception have been a cool mob (pun intended), but haven't really been all that scary to fight. Husks can apply hunger, which is arguably more dangerous if you do not have enough saturating food to keep up with it, or access to cows. Strays just apply slowness 1 currently, which is really more of a nuisance than an actual danger.
As per the title, strays should instead be able to freeze the player after two to three arrow hits, making a pack of them very difficult to deal with if you are not prepared. As a trade-off, Strays now take somewhat longer to fire, and no longer apply slowness on hit. Because of this, instead of dropping slowness arrows, strays should instead either directly drop an arrow that is capable of slowly freezing the target on hit, or an item that can be crafted in a similar way to spectral arrows.
